Core Flow

All levels -  Inroduces the basics of dynamic connection, breathing, extension, and balance, in a flow style of movement. 

Strengthening & stretching, minimum cardio, followed by a 1 minute meditation.

Core Power

Intermediate / advanced - Takes the basics of Core to a more advanced level with a dynamic cardio infused flow style.

Faster paced strengthening movement, cardio, followed by a 5 minute meditation.

White Lotus Flow Yoga

 Hatha Yoga flow. Learn how sequenced movements connected with breathing can relax, detoxify and restore your body and mind.

Meditation

 Learn basic principals for beginning a meditation practice. Connect inward for balance, clarity and peace of mind.
