Class descriptions

Core Flow

All levels -  Inroduces the basics of dynamic connection, breathing, extension, and balance, in a flow style of movement. 

Strengthening & stretching, minimum cardio, followed by a 1 minute meditation.

Core Power

Intermediate / advanced - Takes the basics of Core to a more advanced level with a dynamic cardio infused flow style.

Faster paced strengthening movement, cardio, followed by a 1 minute meditation.

Meditation

 Learn basic principals for beginning a meditation practice. Connect inward for balance, clarity and peace of mind.
